Student Support

International Office

The International Office is available throughout the year offering specific support services for international students including extending your study visa, opening a bank account, finding accommodation, registering with the police or the doctor and discussing study options at the College.

Airport Transfer

To ensure a problem-free arrival in the UK, we can organise a transfer from either Manchester International or Leeds/Bradford airports to take you to either College or your accommodation. Simply complete and return the Airport Transfer Form.

English Language

Additional English language support is available to all international students throughout their studies at College, even If you are already enrolled on an academic/vocational course.

Pastoral Support and Careers Services

All students have a personal tutor who meets regularly with you to monitor your academic progress and personal development. Your tutor will also give you help and guidance regarding career and University opportunities. A comprehensive careers service is also available on campus.

Counselling Service

We have trained counsellors to help with any problems you may have. You can talk to someone about any matter of an academic or personal nature in a secure and confidential atmosphere.

Health Care

We offer a confidential health service where students can be assured of a warm and sympathetic welcome should they need to use the service.
